Villa Magnolia is located just outside Positano, the pearl of the Amalfi coast and from its terraces you can enjoy breathtaking views of the entire bay.
Villa Magnolia features a mix of Byzantine and contemporary styles with arches, vaults and lovely pastel sky blue majolica tiles.
The villa is composed by 5 bedrooms, all bedrooms are characterized by the typical Mediterranean style, have en-suite bathrooms and a small balcony with sea view; furthermore they are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hair dryers, mosquito nets and a safe. There is a large flat screen satellite TV in the spacious and panoramic living room where you will also find a large dining table wide enough to seat all guests together to enjoy our local meals.
The kitchen is just next to the living room and it is fully equipped. You can enjoy cooking your own meal or you can hire a personal chef who will come and cook for you.
Villa Magnolia is surrounded by beautiful terraces and gardens, it has also a Jacuzzi.
The property is not far from Sorrento, Pompeii and Amalfi that can be easily reached for a day trip either by public transportation or by your own car.
During your stay at Villa Magnolia do not miss out to book a private boat for a full day visiting the Mediterranean jewel of the isle of Capri!
Villa Magnolia is provided with wireless internet that can be used anywhere (inside the villa and also outside in the gardens).

Situated along steep slopes on the central Amalfi coast, Positano is today a sophisticated tourist destination. Characterized by its Moorish architecture and the steep steps that lead from the village to the beach, this picturesque town has long been a favorite destination for artists, musicians and famous writers. The two main beaches, Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo, are both within walking distance; the others can be reached mainly by sea. Ferries do daily service if you want to take a day trip to Capri or Ischia.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: by 10:00.
A refundable damage deposit of € 1.000 has to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person, per day.
Services included in the price: Maid service each 2 days
Towel and linen changed twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday)
Jacuzzi available from April to October
Parking is on the road, subject to availability, or in a town centre public car park, for a fee
