About this property

Perfect Nature home at the outskirts of Quito at only 5 min from Cumbaya

Casa del Quinde is a family based boutique natural lodge full of gardens and green spaces. It has been built on the side of a hill full of hummingbirds and several species of song birds that frequently visit the roses, the orchids and fountain in our gardens.

A beautiful pond with turtles, and fish provide a beautiful green space to read and relax.

Either if you want to stay at one of our mini suites for a couple of days or a couple of months, you will feel at home at our place.

The space
Our gardens, nature areas, pond, fountain make this nature log a true gem. Outside Dinning and hangout areas are available throughout the property.

It is a place that will take your breath away.

A small hand craft and artisan goods store is located on the premises

Other things to note
Casa del Quinde is located 5 minutes bus ride from Universidad San Francisco. The bus stop is outside the house and the cost is only $.25c each way the the University. We usually have professors or other students staying with us for the convenience of the location and still have the nature experience.

Would definitely stay again!

I had such a lovely time at this place, everyone was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and had all that I needed for the duration of my stay—It felt like a home away from home! I was able to read my books in the courtyard along with the sweet dogs that lived on the property and everyone that was around was extremely helpful and friendly. The building and property itself was incredibly beautiful and felt like a hidden palace in the hills. If I ever come back to Quito, I will absolutely stay here. Thank you for everything! All together it was a perfectly relaxing stay.

Location is the key in this house. You still feel like you are in the country side but you are very close to the city and to the valley.
We are 1 mile from Horseback riding classes and tennis classes in case any of the guests wants to try it out. We can help you coordinate.
