Self Contained Stay, set within 7 acres of gated grounds, for 2 or 3 guests
Fully furnished, spacious stay, set within owners grounds with private entrance, and dedicated off street parking. 7 acres of grounds for guests to enjoy.
Double ensuite bedroom with crisp linen. Ensuite bathroom with bath & shower attachment above
An additional single bed can be provided in the large living / dining room by prior arrangement if required (see fees).
Large living / dining room with wi-fi and well equipped kitchen.
Bike storage if required.
Garden seating is available for guests use.
Close to the historic market town of Horsham, with two cinemas, a theatre, a myriad of bars, cafes and restaurants, pretty, traditional market square with cobbled streets and frequent free street entertainment and musical performances in the bandstand. A sports centre, park and large nature reserve, supermarkets including Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco, and a range of chain shops. Many local, independent retailers and stalls in the market too - particularly cafes and cheese, local reared meat, and artisan bakers, gin, beer and wine producers!

About the host

We moved to West Sussex from London, and love the space and nature surrounding us. The property has been fully refurbished and grounds developed, now providing homes to chickens and a fruit / vegetable garden just outside your door, and our three generations of wonderful Soay Sheep in the field. Guests are very welcome to enjoy the garden and walk / sit and contemplate in the field (we just ask that you keep gates shut!)
Easy links to Central London, Brighton, Gatwick and the South Coast can be accessed by rail or road.
We look forward to welcoming you to West Sussex. Do ask if you have any queries, or if there is anything we can do / provide to make your visit as good as it can possibly be!

Wonderful natural setting, excellent connections and local facilities.
Well equipped accommodation with dedicated parking and plenty of grounds for guests to enjoy.
Although there are no walking routes directly from us, there are an unlimited number very close by. And an abundance of wildlife - rabbits, deer and birds. Plus our own rare breed sheep, and chickens, right outside your doorstep!
