We put at your disposal our warm apartment of 30m2 completely renovated and colorful. It is located in a charming residence with outdoor pool will allow you to spend a stay closer to the Thalasso and the beautiful coves of Quiberon.
It is close to all amenities (beach, shops, thalassotherapy) in a tree-lined and secure residence.
The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a living room with sofa bed, and a covered balcony (7m2).
The residence is secured (electric gate and guard). You have a parking space in a closed garage. The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.

A cleaning deposit of 80 euros requested on arrival, not cashed, it will be returned on the day of your departure if the apartment is returned in perfect cleanliness
