In the heart of town center, this pleasant 3 rooms appartment in front of the sea of almost 50m², for 4 persons is located on the third floor, door n°34, building B of the Residence "Les Hauts de Port Maria", near to the beach and shops.
It includes :
- livingroom with sofa and TV,
- equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooking plates, microwave, oven, dish washer),
- bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
- bedroom with two beds of 90cm large and cupboards,
- bathroom with toilets,
- toilets separated with washing machine.
Balcony with South exposition, garden furniture and nice sea view.
Common local in the Residence. Beds with blankets.
Garage n°15 in the basement. Animals not allowed.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.

Très bonne situation, superbe vue depuis le balcon sur la baie, et un temps idéal, très bonne location spacieuse. De nombreuses animations sur la place toute proche et même dans la rue... nombreux points de restauration à quelques pas, en prime un box pour la voiture..
