This lovely home with just over 2400 sq.ft offers an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room overlooking a large patio that sits above the 4th hole of the Pete Dye Dunes Course at La Quinta Resort and Club with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. Master bedroom King bed, 2nd bedroom Queen bed, 3rd bedroom (Casita) King bed with its own private entrance. No Smoking. Dogs are welcome. OUR GUESTS ENJOY FULL USE OF THE FACILITIES AT LA QUINTA RESORT. La Quinta Resort is located approx 2 blocks from Duna La Quinta.

The Fabulous home at Duna Fairway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous February at our Duna home. The home was spacious and well laid out. Furnishing were new. The only suggestion is that the carpet in the master bedroom should be replaced .

Everything was awesome ! only minor item was the room in the back was a little warm it never cooled down enough, but , other than that everything was great !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 6 weeks! Perfect location! Walk to Old Town, bike to the gym and Fritz Burns park. We loved having access to the facilities at the resort. House is very well stocked- esp the kitchen. Only thing I would update is the carpet in the bedrooms and casita. Hard flooring in these rooms would be a big upgrade.
