Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was adequate for our needs. Carpet and paint was pretty rough. The pool light was out which made it unsafe at night. We contacted the office on arrival day and were told someone would be out. The pool cleaner said and electrician was needed. It was never fixed. The pool was only cleaned once as far as we saw and that was on Monday. It’s a great space. The location if good as we would stay here again. Have always been pleased renting from sea star realty.

It was an awesome place to stay! Loved the beach at Surfside!

It was beautiful! We had a wonderful time! Other than the washer and drying not working day one and had to wait till Monday to have it fixed, it was the perfect house for our family! We loved the room that we had and the pool was small but just enough room to play and swim in.

A little outdated the house has cosmetic issues

Good location but previous renters of 2 months failed to tell realtor of water leak so first night there ceiling in dinning room caved in from water damage so next 4 days we had contractors coming in and out every morning said we didn't have to be there but with 10 people someone was always there to look after our belongings also after talking with realty company about issue they bluntly stated maintenance issue we had to deal with it would not recommend sea star realty ever very rude customer communication

We really appreciate your feedback and agree with you that Southern Breeze is an excellent location in Surfside Beach. However, we regret that you encountered a leak during your stay. Just like in your own home, vacation rental homes occasionally experience unexpected maintenance issues that must be addressed immediately for the proper upkeep of the property. Although the ceiling did not cave-in, an area approximately 2' x 3' had to be cut-out and replaced in order to detect and repair a leaking tub drain. This work was completely as quickly and efficiently as possible and you were updated throughout the process by our courteous and professional maintenance manager, Scott. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but as you know, this was an unavoidable situation and we are committed to taking the utmost care of the properties we manage for both our guests and homeowners alike, which can from time to time require repairs. It is our mission to insure our guests have the best vacation experience possible.
