Private Beach House - Private Pool - Pets Welcome + Free Attraction Tickets!

This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private salt water pool (heated as needed) and no steps to climb. Only one block from the beach and five short walking blocks from Main Street. On Main Street you can enjoy The Pavilion, arcade, restaurants, shops and popular shag clubs (some places are only open seasonally). During the summer months, there is also a small amusement park set up with rides, food & games.

Pet Friendly (dogs only)with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring. This is a non-smoking property!

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private pool with spacious pool deck, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI and free parking.

Bedroom #1 has two full size beds. Bedroom #2 has two full size beds. Bedroom #3 has two full size beds. Bedroom #4 has 2 twins size beds (bunk beds). One of the sofas in living room has a sleeper sofa as well.

The property was great. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I may have missed it in the advertisement description, but salt pepper couple more rolls of toilet paper would’ve been nice. all and all it was a great place and I would stay again.

Beautiful home and pool

The heated salt water pool was the star of the show and accomodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds for all the guests.

Sand dollar house

It was perfect for a group of long time friends getting together for a weekend at the beach! Pool was awesome and beach is less than a 5 min walk away.

Perfect vacation with extended family

Pool and short walk to beach were the best part, plenty of space even with a full house. Must have your own pool floats/toys and towels. Plenty of dishes and cookware for every meal.

Great Getaway

The Sand Dollar was a great home for my small family with 2 pugs. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and the location to the beach. There was plenty of room in this 1 story open concept home! We'll be booking this house again!

Great location, loved the pool

My large family stayed here and we had plenty of room. The private pool was wonderful. Enough parking for 5 cars. Only complains, the air vents were dripping condensation and one of the pull out beds had what appeared to be rodent droppings.

Nice house

Had a great time loved almost everything about the house. Only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms they were too small but just a suggestion for future upgrades other than that I would deffenatly stay here again.

We are glad our guests had a good stay, we make sure all groups with over 10 adults know there are two bathrooms, and for guests over 300 lbs. they might feel small. We have had up to 20 guests staying (a student group) and they all did fine with the bathrooms - and the bathroom in the master suite has the shower separate from the sink/toilet so two people can use one bathroom.

Awesome Place!

I would recommend the Sand Dollar to anyone looking to stay in Myrtle Beach. We had a group of 12 and the house was the perfect size for all of us. The house was well kept and beautiful. It was also a short walk from the beach, shops, and food. Gunner was very easy to work with and an awesome guy. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location for a cozy stay!

We traveled as an adult family of seven, each in our own bed, and it felt like the right size for us. The real gem of this property was the pool in the back. Between the super hot days at the beach, having a pool in the back allowed us to walk back and forth to the beach (a short three minute walk) while still having some quiet time to ourselves. Everything you would need is a quick drive away, and the property is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Honestly, really quick walk to the beach… but you need to bring all your beach things. The property looks nice on the surface, but - the couch leather is peeling, floor is pretty filthy no matter what, water pressure in the master bathroom is slow.

Relaxing vacation close to activities and the beach

We have stayed here before renovations so we were excited to see the progress. The beach is a block away so we enjoyed walking on the beach. The pool needed to be cleaned! We had to call a few times - chemicals were added but never vacuumed. We didn’t let that ruin our fun - we played mini golf, had some amazing dinners and shopped.

Thanks for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the issues discovered upon arrival. We would have been more than happy to send housekeeping back to reclean, had we known there was an issue. We also have a contract with a licensed pest control compnay that treats the interior and exterior on a monthly basis but they will come out between treatments if needed. We would have been happy to contact them and have them out as well.
