Very nice house in Edmond for my son’s wedding week. Nice open living room/kitchen with good size table. Comfortable beds and plenty of supplies. I really appreciated the use of the garage and the digital code entry. Would stay again!

Carol has perfected that fine line of making her houses feel so comfortable and easy to settle into, lived in like it's a true home but not *too* lived in like you're invading someone else's space. This was our third stay in one of her properties over the years and second time in this house. All the essentials were stocked plenty of extras. Everything was very clean, house smelled nice and fresh, beds were comfy, showers worked great, backyard was well maintained, and access to the garage for parking is so convenient. The hammock and swing in the backyard were a big hit with our kids and the neighborhood was easy going. Even the neighboring dogs only barked when our silly dog was the one to instigate a conversation. This was a safe, happy place to stay and Carol is a host who truly cares about her guests.

In 2018, I bought my first home with the intentions of flipping it. After several months, and a lot of work, I couldn't part with the house. I LOVED it. So, I decided to keep it for a short term rental. I love everything about it.....the remodeling, decorating and hosting guests. I take hospitality very seriously. My goal is to give every guest the best opportunity for creating wonderful lifetime memories. Excellent communication and quick response is my priority.

I now own 3 short term rentals in this neighborhood.

In my "spare time", I teach leadership and customer service for local businesses. My hobbies include woodworking, photography, and gardening.

My husband, Bill, and I have 2 kids and 6 grandkids. Each of my grandchildren has helped me with some portion of remodeling my houses.

This house is just so open and inviting. I love using art in my homes to create a beautiful decor.

What makes this property unique

I also own the house next door as a short term rental. Based on availability, multiple families could rent both houses. My third rental is only 3 streets away (walking distance).
