large house of 165m ² on the ground, 6 bedrooms 1 living room 45m ² 1 kitchen, 1 veranda, 1 vast basement with workshop
only 5 usable rooms 1 kept for me!
7km from the supermarket lecl erc + another crossroads
12Km of marsan center with its lot of various shops
1 excellent doctor in sarbazan,; it's mine, and various hospitals at mount de marsan.
pedestrian track at 100 m, stream of 9 fountains at 200 m full of wild cress!
various animals, especially deer, but others too!
house heated by heat exchangers + supplement for rooms House insulated doubling walls.
I keep a room to be there at the service of the various occupants!
