It's not hard to pinpoint the best parts of Sprig Loft. It's a combination of many things - the short elevator ride to Amavida Coffee for your morning cup of coffee, the perfectly proportioned teak-clad balcony, the stylishly designed interiors and more!

Open the front door and know you have arrived. The foyer opens up into your choice of the guest bedroom and bath to the right or the galley style kitchen and butler's pantry to the left. A fully-equipped kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances also features a full-length breakfast bar and seating for 4. Sprig Loft's guest room features a queen bed flanked by night tables and plenty of available storage space with a closet and tall chest of drawers. A hall guest bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity serve this room.

A handsome dining table with seating for up to 6 people is nestled between the kitchen's bar area and the comfort of the living area's two plush couches (one with queen sleeper).

Sprig Loft's master bedroom completes the space with a king bed and en suite master bath - double vanity, handicap accessible shower and soaking tub.

Needs maintenance

Property is beautiful and we rented for wheelchair accessible shower. However, it is in need of deferred maintenance. The air conditioning unit went out. We were given portable A/C units but those gave out on the last night. The unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer. They said a replacement unit was being delivered but it was damaged so that was a major inconvenince.
