It is an easy 3-minute walk to access the almost private beach area where you can enjoy the wide soft sands, beautiful water, and possibly a Space X launch! Just like home

This home is perfect! It has everything you could possibly need and then some. The home was super clean and the fenced in backyard had absolutely beautiful landscaping and a shade tree making it just perfect for the dogs! The beach supplies available for use certainly made the trip to the beach a little easier. Can’t wait to stay here again this home made the trip more relaxing and it felt just like home.

Memorial Day Getaway

The rental was very clean and comfortable! We loved that the house was a short walk to the beach, which was right by a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. The area was quiet and had a fenced-in yard for our dog. We loved that the bed was comfortable and that the house provided us with lots of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, wagon, kayaks, etc.). We would definitely stay here again! The only annoyance is that there weren't any condiments, sandwich bags, etc. that are usually left, so we had to buy a lot of that stuff. Otherwise, it was a great getaway!!

Wilbur By The Sea - Summer 2022

The house was great for our family vacation in June / July 2022. The backyard was simply amazing with the tree canopy and a great place for our dog to roam and hunt for tiny lizards. Inside the house was a very updated and modern kitchen with everything you could ask for. The bedrooms with very comfortable and the garage including plenty of beach toys etc. The location of the house was also great and just a few blocks from an almost private beach. If there was one thing I could suggest (and this is a selfish request) is that the owners replace the love seat with perhaps two recliners instead. Again, just a selfish request as I prefer a recliner in the evening over a love seat when there are more than 4 people (we had 6). Overall a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Great Ocean Condos was also nice to work with.

Comfortable Beach Living

Unfortunately, this was not a vacation rental for us as we were displaced by Hurricane Ian's damage to our home. We stayed here from mid-October 2022 to early March 2023, so we were basically “living” here for about four months. This house is modern, up to date, inviting and very comfortable. We felt at home right away. Loved the beach/tropical theme throughout and especially enjoyed sitting in the tree surrounded backyard soaking up the sun. Beds were comfortable and having the garage was nice. Couches were comfortable for TV viewing and there is a nice sized dining table. This home is close to a beach access which is very nice as well. Appreciated that the owners and managers worked with us to extend the rental as needed without any issues since we were waiting on repairs to be done that took longer than expected. I would definitely recommend this home whether for a short-term or long-term stay.
