The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all personal items including food and trash. Trash instructions are on the fridge.
Close and lock all windows and doors. Leave bedding as is. Allow air mattresses to deflate if used.
Run the dishwasher the night before check-out & re-load the morning of with any additional dishes, but do not start. Return pool key to cabinet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool key must be returned to its proper home. - $150 replacement fee

My stay here was pleasant during biketoberfest. Nick was kind enough to allow me to access the garage to park my bike. Conveniently close to the track and close to restaurants and supermarket. Though my group never arrived, I still enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended. Will rent again if available during my next trip.

Perfect spot for family or close friends.

It was a perfect spot to feel like you live there, but you are cloae enough to anything to live like a tourist after a short drive. Neighbors seemed polite and never came outside. 3 families; we all were happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Nick's House, and would definitely stay again if we return to Port Orange/Daytona Beach. The place wasn't just clean, it was spotless, and very tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable, and Nick was very responsive when we had a question. He provided very clear instructions to get in. lots of space and a safe neighborhood.
