Large Home for 12, Fenced Yard, Grill & Centrally Located

Welcome to my spacious 4-bed, 3-bath home! Come enjoy plenty of room for your whole crew, including a spacious living area, a bonus room ideal for working or relaxing, a fenced in backyard and a two-car garage. Our fully equipped kitchen and comfortable guest rooms will make you feel right at home. Located on a quiet street, yet close to local attractions.

The Port Orange Retreat is a two-story home with four bedrooms as well as a bonus room with a pull out couch. The living room has a pull out couch available as well, which means that this house can sleep up to 12! There is one downstairs bedroom and bathroom that is ideal for those for whom stairs may be a challenge. This house is 1800 square feet and has a huge fenced in yard which is perfect for your pets (because we are pet friendly!).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to whip up breakfast before you head out for the day or enjoy a dinner in, including pots, pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, spices, etc.

I have kids myself and know the joy of NOT traveling with baby gear. A pack and play (with fresh sheets), high chair, and baby gates are available upon request!

We also are happy to accommodate longer stays and will gladly offer you a long stay discount!

The drive way has a slightly high incline for sedans but we were in an suv so no issue here. For the family to spread out. Great base camp for Daytona area. This is a nice property that delivers everything that it promises. We were all in Port Orange for a wedding. The host was great to work with and even accommodated an earlier check-in for us. Port orange 70th surprise

Our children came from Mn., MO ., and Orlando and surprised their Dad with our 4 grandchildren. The kids surprised their dad on the beach and he asked if they where they were staying? I had to admit to a lil white lie and say we had got a VRBO for all of us. What a wonderful time it was.

The roads are uniquely laid out so that accessing the interstate, Publix, and the Pavilion takes less than two minutes- yet the neighborhood is still safe and quiet!
