About this property

Pool House 3 miles from the 🏖 Beach

This home is very comfortable. It provides covered parking for two vehicles, additional parking for a boat, an RV, or additional vehicles. It has three rooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people and enough toiletries to make any stay a care free stay. The home has a pool, BBQ, outdoor dinning area and screened in patio with lounging furniture. It is located 3 miles from the beach. There is a train track about 500 yards from the property. The backyard is fenced in but not secure enough to leave pets unattended. There is a thick berm of trees and bushes that helps shield from the noise when trains go by but if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the property for you. The location is amazing and the property itself is in like new condition. We accept pets please bring your kennel just in case you need to leave your furry friends at home alone. We don’t allow pets on the furniture and will be very candid with our reviews. We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We expect our guests to have the same attitude towards us.

Speedway convenient.

We stayed for the Roar and the Rolex 24. House was great as a home base for our driver, sponsor and a business associates. Driver had it for both race weekends and the interim week and Sponsor and associates were able to come and go. So much easier than hotels. House was clean and as advertised.

Our May trip

Very nice property. It was good to be back in Daytona after moving away some years ago. This home put you right in middle of it all with the perfect amount of peace and quiet . Yes there is a train that runs several times a day but you won’t notice it after the first day. They have thought of everything in this home bring the kids and relax.

Winter Getaway for 2

We booked this house for a getaway from the cold and snow. It was so perfect for us, that we booked it again for our summer vacation with the kids. Some reviews mention the train which yes runs behind the house at different times throughout the day and night but it goes by fast and you get used to it, it wasn’t a big deal to us at all. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely located to everything. The house had everything we needed and Carolina was very responsive to any questions I had. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and I’m just so appreciative of hosts who allow pets. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the outdoor living space, we ended up being their during their coldest week of the year , but it was still a great getaway.
