We invite you to come see why our family has been visiting Daytona Beach for many years and have now purchased this clean & relaxing beach-side home just a short walk from the World's Most Famous Beach!

Private Swimming Pool was completely redone recently. House was completely remodeled recently. A new kitchen, new porcelain tiled floors! New carpet in guest rooms! New beds! The entire house has been freshly painted and is waiting for your arrival. Everything is "Bright & Beachy" :) even free WiFi throughout the house.

We have 3 bedrooms, all with newer comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms w/towels. **Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.**

The primary bedroom has a king size bed & a private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower for easy accessibility.

There are two additional guest rooms-one with 1 Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds. We have a two foldaway guest beds-COT for seventh & eighth persons. The guest bathroom has a double vanity sink with a shower/tub combo.

Our floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are nestled down the hall from the main areas. Perfect for when kids are sleeping; parents can continue the fun! Guests can use the Outdoor Teak Shower after a day at the beach, a refreshing swim in the private in-ground pool (not heated) or sunning on the new pool deck! We often update our pool furniture from what’s pictured.

How about relax in the re-done Florida room, or enjoy a cocktail around the new granite island in the kitchen. Never worry about not having enough seating as we have plenty! Enjoy a game of family table tennis in the screened garage! "Unplugged" game room :)

Beach Toys: We've got you covered. The best Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sand toys, sports equipment and more here for you to use during your stay.

Location: Easy, quick walk to the World's Most Famous Beach! Famed Intracoastal waterway views from your dining room window. Watch the sailboats w/ great peek-a-boo views! This beach house is located close to the best dining, a Starbucks, grocery & convenience stores, parks, outdoor fitness center, golfing, boat, jetski and golf cart rentals.

You can be in Orlando to visit the world class parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) within 90 minutes.

Watch amazing sunsets from the front, as we are directly across from the Intracoastal waterway or walk 2 minutes to "Sunset Park."

Come seize the day at "Seas the Day FL!"

The house was absolutely perfect. Had everything you needed or wanted. We didn’t have good weather so we weren’t able to use the pool, but the back yard was gorgeous. I hope to go back again.

Perfect family retreat

We absolutely had the best beach vacation! Anything you could want was included with the house. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, etc The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes needed for a family meal. It was clean and decorated super cute!! We would definitely come back again.

Perfect spot!

This is the perfect beach house! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close enough to Daytona Beach, but it was nice to drive away from everything and go "home" at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking to the beach. The proximity of the house to the beach and the pool met the needs of four active teenagers and their grandparents.There is lots to do in that area. We have enjoyed it for years. It’s nice to find a house that comfortably fits the family.

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

We had a great week in Daytona. Couldn’t have asked for more, well stocked with everything you need, really comfortable and spacious, pool a real treat. We used the bus to get around to save driving some of the time, and walked to beach, and supermarket etc. would def recommend staying to friends and family.

Mom & son purchased this beach house in 2015 and totally remodeled it for 2016 season. Pool done in Jan 2019. Barb is a catering manager at a premiere venue in the Pocono Mts. of Pennsylvania. Brian is a public school teacher. While the first rental as a team, this is the second Daytona rental for Barb.

We fell in love with it even before we invested a bunch of time and money in to it. We are so proud of our house. We tried to think of everything the our guests, you, would want.
