Modern home with heated saltwater pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Located conveniently to local shopping, restaurants, and beach access.

1 King bed + 1 queen bed + 1 twin and 1 twin bunk beds

1 private bathroom with shower off master bedroom + 1 main bathroom with tub/shower.

Large open kitchen, pool, fenced yard, BBQ grill, patio dining, beach chairs/gear.

Wifi + Smart TV w/Roku + SlingTV (cable channels and on demand viewing)

Ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room.

Security Deposit: A hold of $300 will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in. This hold will be automatically released 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are found, the house rules are followed, and no excessive cleaning is required

There are two security cameras in the backyard, pointing to the patio and pool area and two in the front, also pointing away from the home. For insurance and safety reasons these cameras are always on. There are no cameras inside the home.

Rooms were nice size and private, house was clean, perfect size garage for us to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Kitchen was perfect , we mainly made breakfast and ate out the other times .

This was our second time staying at the is property. Everything was as good as the first stay. We had an issue with the A/C and not only did the owners stay in communication but the property manager was there the whole time to assist with the issue until it was resolved. We can’t say enough about this property!

We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was exactly as pictured and as expected. The pool and backyard were especially wonderful and we enjoyed having our own pool! Plenty of towels provided, extra linens and kitchen essentials were greatly appreciated. The owner was very accommodating even helped us find restaurants and anything that we needed. Responded immediately to any questions that I had. Would highly recommend this place they had everything we needed including spices for cooking.
