This Renovated, VERY Open and Relaxing Coastal home is within a 10 minute walk to a drive-able approach accessing our BEAUTIFUL white sand BEACH! Also minutes from the Andy Romano Park, several dining options and lots of shopping. You are close to all of the action areas, but far enough away to be a quiet retreat as well. You will enjoy all the comforts of home since every high end detail has been thought of for you! Your satisfaction is important to us!

The space:
Our thoughtfully equipped and soothingly decorated home boasts 2 King beds and 4 bunk bed style Extra Tall Twin beds that offer more head room on the bottom. Great for adults! Brand new Nest bedding mattress, new down comforters with duvets, new linens, new pillows, beach towels, boogie boards, beach buckets and chairs provided, new 4K flat screen TV s in EVERY room, premium cable with recording capabilities, a FULLY equipped chefs kitchen for making any meal you can dream up, PRIVATE fenced yard, backyard propane BBQ grill, covered outdoor ping pong table and washer/dryer all available to make your vacation convenient and EXTRA special! Many beach chairs and items are offered. Please be courteous to us and our future guests by caring for, cleaning and placing any items used back where they belong. Driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 3 cars. Pack n Play with baby crib attachment available for use. Guests are responsible for maintaining propane for the grill. If it is empty for your stay 3 minutes up the road at Walgreens the tank can be traded out for a full one for about $20.00.

Bring food and (a little bit of) clothes. :) Pour a glass of something cold, sit back and relax!! We are here to ensure your vacation is one you will love to remember!! ☀️🏖❤️

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Guest access:
Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent.
Front door is outfitted with a keyless lock system for your convenience. I will contact you AT-LEAST one day prior to your arrival to provide you with a unique to only you access code.
Check in is 4pm/Check out is 10am. I will try to accommodate time change requests but will need advanced notice for this to be possible.

Our stay was fantastic! Our host had excellent communication and the house is great. Has everything you would need for a relaxing get away and in a nice, quiet location. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. We were there for the "Great American Race" at Daytona. Would highly recommend this place if visiting the great state of Florida.

Perfect house for our graduation celebration!

We stayed 5 days for our son and nephew's graduation from ERAU. House was perfect for our celebration. We grilled out twice, the graduates had a few friends and two grand mothers visit for the grilling diners. Thanks again Marissa!

Salty Air Week

We have a group that comes into Daytona Beach every January. This year we were fortunate to enjoy having the Salty Air as our accommodations. This home is beautiful !! Everything about our stay was wonderful. Best home we have ever stayed at! Recently renovated, with all top of the line items. The beds were super comfy. Yard was perfect, and in an excellent spot on the strand. Marissa, made sure everything was perfect, right down to the welcome email with tips on locale fare. enjoyed it so much, already reserved the Salty air for next January!! You will not be disappointed with Salty Air!

Family Beach Vacation

Loved this property for our family. The bunk beds allowed our three children to have their own bed. They enjoyed playing ping pong outside on the table. Uno and playing cards was also a hit. The kitchen and open floor plan were great for cooking and being together. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location to some of our favorite restaurants as well. The beach was a very short drive (we could have walked - but with chairs and boogie boards, the vehicle was our best option!). Marissa was very attentive and communicated well! We will return!

Friends Beach Trip

Eight friends traveled together so that one could attend her granddaughter's high school graduation. The house was awesome and plenty big for 8 ladies, even sharing the two bathrooms. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We thought that the mattresses were wonderful and very comfortable. You will love the open concept and large kitchen table. Our group enjoyed playing cards and Mexican train at that big table. All 8 of us could fit easily around the table. The location is wonderful and close to most everything that you need--shopping, food, etc. Our favorite restaurant was Beach Bucket. Sits right on the beach and the food was great. We also enjoyed Charlie Horse for their food and Crabby's is on the beach and was also good. We finished the week eating at River Grill. If you love lots of outdoor eating on the river, it was great. You can go down to the docks and see gaters. If and when I come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and yet very close the action of the beach area. Loved it. Marissa was very involved and easy to communicate with during the trip.

This was by far the BEST place we’ve had the last to stay! Easy check in process, very clear instructions of what was expected during/after our stay, excellent communication with owner! Marissa's house was a super beachy-themed house in a great location. It has a really nice open living/dining/kitchen area that is great for gatherings at home. The bedrooms each have TV in them, which is really nice. It's clean and welcoming, and everything put together makes for a really great place to stay.

We had not one issue with the house. Everything is as it was stated and pics are 100% accurate. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quite and nice neighborhood. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

Lots of space!

We had a great time cooking and sleeping here. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, cups, and flatware we needed. We made use of the ping pong table as well! Very clean and very comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

Another fantastic stay!

Our second stay was as fantastic as our first stay! It was so nice to come back after the pandemic and get our golf foursome together again for our annual trip to Daytona Beach. We’ve been playing together for 25 years and we’ve rented this home our last two times to Daytona. The open kitchen/living room layout works perfectly for us, and the location is so close to local restaurants and golf courses. There’s a great restaurant right on the beach at the end of the road that we went to for breakfast every day (Beach Bucket). Marissa is a fantastic host, always available for communication and support as needed. The home is perfectly appointed and super clean and comfortable. Recently renovated and very nice! We’ll be back!!

Easy access to most everything

This is a nice property located centrally. The beach is a short walk away, and shopping is a few short minutes from the front door. Restaurants are close by and there are many to choose from. This was my second stay at this property. Communications are responsive and timely. The property is clean, the beds and linens very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, but bring your own propane for the grill and ice for your drinks as these are not provided. The neighborhood is quiet. Check-in is easy and there is a comprehensive list of dos and don'ts for the stay in addition to the rental agreement. It would be good to have this list available in the property description to help you decide if this is the place for you.

Great house, perfectly located

My group had only great things to say about this house in the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. It is cute, clean and well-equipped. Marissa communicated every detail, and was always available for any questions we had. The house is a short .5 mile walk to the beach, with shopping and restaurants all nearby. If ever in the area again, we will definitely look to rent here!

Best Vacation ever!!!

This was the first full family vacation we have ever done!!! My kids, their spouses and my grand baby all under one roof!! We had the best time. Short drive or walk to the beach. Short drive into town. Even a garage for us to safely lock up our Harley. Owner was amazing and their home is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed at the property due to the location and proximity to family in the same area. Everything was great and the house was perfect for our family.
