Menorca holiday

I had an amazing holiday and the villa and views were beautiful. I was extremely impressed with the facilities in this villa. There was nothing that we didn’t need. The host was great too. I will be returning next year for definite.

My family and i enjoyed a very nice weeks holiday at this villa in september 2015. The owner, Ramon, does not speak english but google translate is a wonderful thing (!) and we had no problem communicating with him for the booking etc. He was quick to response, helpful and friendly. We are familiar with resort and chose the villa for its sea views and easy 20 minute walk to the marina. There is a supermarket and a couple of bars just 2 minutes walk away if you dont fancy the walk, or in our case, there is a big storm brewing! We found the villa to be very well maintained, clean and comfortable with everything you would expect in terms of amenities etc. The villa has 3 double rooms and two bathrooms. Whilst the kitchen is small it is well equipped . The pool was clean and had plent of sunbeds etc. The villa does not have air con. We knew this when booking and was not a problem for us, but is something to be aware of visiting peak season. The resort itself is ideal for families and couples, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Older teens may find it all a bit tame (no night clubs!) but the beeches and waterports should make up for that Overall we would happily recommend this villa to friends/family and hope to visit again in the near future.

Hola Ian: Estamos muy contentos de que dísfrutara de una estancia agradable en nuestra casa y lo encontrara todo limpio y bien cuidado. Menorca , es una isla tranquila y mas dedicada al descanso y al mar . Quizás por esto hay pocas discotecas y los jovenes tienen que buscarlas en Ciutadella ó en La Cova D En Xoroí , que esta mas lejos al otro lado de la isla en Cala En Porter , lejos de donde esta situada nuestra casa. Respecto al aire acondicionado, es algo que tendremos en cuenta para el proximo año. Muchas gracias por el comentario de sus vacaciones y esperamos que vuelva en otra ocasion. Kin Regars Ramon Gener

Nos quedamos unos días de relax en familia.La casa está en una zona donde se pueden disfrutar de los mejores atardeceres de la isla. Disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia enfrente del mar es sin duda una maravilla. La cocina muy bin equipada. Hubo algunos percances y el propietario los resolvió de inmediato. Lo único que mejoraría seria la limpieza del hogar. De resto gebial.

Stunningly beautiful home away from home

From the moment of booking the communication with Ramon was brilliant. He explained the position of the villa in the resort and the key collection perfectly. The villa was amazing there are two bathrooms, three twin bedrooms and plenty space for us all. The views were spectacular we could not have wished for a more perfect home from home. The location is great for us, a short walk from some bars and supermarkets, a bit more of a walk to the main marina of the resort but that’s fine for us and if you have a car it’s literally a 2 minute drive down the front. Absolutely stunning Villa and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Ramon and family for loaning us your beautiful home.

Encantada con el alquiler

El alojamiento está súper equipado, muy cerca de ciutadella y con varios comercios cercanos. Las vistas son inmejorables, la piscina un lujo. Encantada con la vivienda y la disponibilidad de Ramón para todo. Repetiremos seguro!

ODORE NAUSEANTE DI FOGNA NEI BAGNI Casa bella, come dice l'annuncio. C'è un unico, grande e sgradevole problema. Nei bagni c'è un fortissimo e nauseante odore di fogna. Il proprietario ci ha detto che siamo stati gli unici ad avere questo problema, tuttavia nei bagni ho trovato sistemi improvvisati per cercare di tappare gli scarichi delle docce e questo mi fa pensare che non siamo stati gli unici ad avere questo problema. A mio avviso non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi

Maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

Nous avons été ravis de la maison. La piscine devant la maison a une vue splendide dur la mer. L endroit est calme, avec un magnifique panorama sur la cote rocheuse et la mer. Les couchers de soleil juste en face de la maison sont à couper le souffle. On peut se baigner devant la maison mais c'est difficile d'accès et il faut prévoir des chaussures car la pierre est très coupante. La maison est spacieuse, et très agréable a vivre. Nous recommandons vivement. Petite amélioration peut être : un parasol sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine.

Villa superbe !

Maison située au Cap d'Artrutx à 200 m du phare, plein Sud en face de la mer, sans aucun vis à vis, sur une rue très calme. Très bien agencée, propre, disposant de 2 sdb, d'une climatisation dans le salon, d'un solarium et d'une piscine privée. Un lieu magique pour découvrir Minorque et des couchers de soleil incroyables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce petit coin de paradis !

Hemos tenido la suerte de poder disfrutar de nuestra Luna de miel en "Las Golondrinas" y no podríamos haber elegido un sitio mejor. La casa es perfecta para una pareja, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: piscina, barbacoa, solarium, lavadora... Y está en un sitio privilegiado por su tranquilidad y las vistas de las puestas de sol. En cuanto al propietario, muy atento en todo y ha hecho que todo el proceso haya sido muy sencillo, desde la reserva a la ida. Gràcies per tot, Ramon!

Endroit idéal

Maison facile à trouver avec les explications données avant l'arrivée. Elle est toute équipée et face à la mer. La vue de la terrasse est très belle et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Elle est très bien localisée, à seulement quelques mètres d'un petit centre commercial où l'on trouve de tout. La plage de Son Xoriguer à seulement quelques km est juste une pure merveille. Seul petit bémol, la cuisine est petite et il manque un lave vaisselle.
