It is a charming house consisting of a large living room of 50 m2, where there is a kitchen area, a living room and a large old fireplace. This room opens onto a large south facing terrace of 25 m2. The terrace is located above the courtyard / garden of the house. Upstairs, a small bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which opens onto the mezzanine which opens above the living room. The second is equipped with 3 beds including a bunk bed. You can practice a multitude of activities: mountain hikes, cycling, swimming (waterfalls, lakes, swimming pools, rivers), fishing nearby (in lakes and rivers), mushroom picking in autumn and deer slab ... In winter, cross-country skiing on the plateaus, and around the resorts: alpine skiing at Lioran and Prat de Bouc (37 km or 35 min)… tourist guides available to you in the gîte. Sheets are provided, beds are made ... For outdoor activities see the guides available to you in the cottage. It is possible in September-October to hear the roar of the deer and see the animals.
For information, Massiac (the motorway, swimming pool) is 21 km, St Flour 30 km, Allanche 11 km (bicycle rail), Murat 25 km, the chain of the Cantal mountains and the ski resorts 25 min away, Le Puy Mary 37 km, you can take the day and go to Salers, Chaudes-Aigues, etc. and a multitude of other tourist places (see guides).
