Element House cottage is spacious and charming, located next to Element House on a beautiful 5 acres parcel with 3 acres of vines. It is quite and peaceful with mesmerizing views.

We are the owners of Element 79 Vineyards just 1 1/2 miles down the road. Our private home is on the property. Warm friendly home style hospitality and customer service is very important to us.
Why they chose this property
We have been big fans of the Fair Play / Somerset area for many years and have been coming up here to wine taste and cut our family Christmas Tree for many years. In 2015 we purchased the vineyard and created Element 79 Vineyards and Winery. We make Element House Cottage available to our club members and guests and also want to make it available to others that need a place to stay while they are enjoying all that the area has to offer.
