Discover the ultimate wine country retreat at Casa Martin! This spacious home has undergone extensive remodeling to become a sleek and contemporary masterpiece. Situated on nearly an acre, just a stone's throw from numerous world-class wineries and a mere 20-minute drive from the Graton Casino, this tranquil oasis provides the ideal setting for your wine country getaway.

Featuring three bedrooms and a bonus room that functions as a fourth bedroom with a king-size sleeper sofa and a full bath, Casa Martin ensures ample accommodation. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The open kitchen caters to gourmet experiences, and the spacious great room provides plenty of room for group gatherings. The bonus room is equipped with a large screen TV and ample seating for the entire group.

The park-like backyard offers privacy, featuring a large pool and an outdoor dining area adorned with string lights for a festive ambiance. An outdoor shower is conveniently incorporated into the covered patio area, and a fenced section is designated for kids and pets.

Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers, along with valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals come fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While Casa Martin is an incredible space for family and friends to gather, it is important to note that it is not a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited in County vacation rentals, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters are in place to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

This is an amazing place, they have all what you needed to have a nice relaxing vacation. If I’m visiting Sebastopol again, I will definitely stay at this place again. The place is close to everything, easy to find, in perfect condition, well kept and totally clean. Family had fun and our awesome doggie loved it too.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a favorite with the beautiful landscaped yard and seating areas. The lovely yard brought lots of birds visiting in the morning and saw some deer too. My kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the close distance to the cute town of Sebastopol.

Attending a wedding a couple miles away on Laguna Rd., this property served as home base while visiting family and friends nearby. Clean, and spacious, and the outdoor spaces and hot tub at 102 made for great decompression afterwards.

My daughters and I absolutely loved Casa Martin. The location was perfect, close to shopping and cute Downtown Sebastapol and the wonderful Barlow Market area, but private and relaxing at the property. The grounds of the home are so lovely around the pool! The house is inviting with a great floor plan and wonderfully well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return next summer!
