Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom.

Nous sommes restĂ©s 2 jours. Le gite est fonctionnel. Bien sĂ»r il y a quelques trucs Ă  redire, notamment au niveau de l’entretien , quelques Ă©clats de peinture, la tirette du store d’une des chambres nous est restĂ©e dans les mains, les 2 boutons de la chasse d’eau des toilettes qui ne sont plus lĂ , la bonde du lavabo que l’on ne peut plus remonter ). Bref, des petits couacs par ci par lĂ  ! Mais, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able.

Gßte spacieux et bien situé

L'emplacement est idĂ©al et la proximitĂ© avec le Mont Saint Michel est un plus. Le logement est correct et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© mais manque un peu d'entretien. le salon est spacieux et les chambres dans la maison son correct mais pas insonorisĂ©. Celles de l'extĂ©rieur ont une aĂ©ration bruyante qui vous empĂȘchera certainement de dormir correctement. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est le gĂźte idĂ©ale pour passĂ© un moment en famille et visitĂ©. Merci Ă  Mme Bagot pour son accueil.

Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 18 randonneurs de + 60 ans. Nous avons sillonnĂ©e la rĂ©gion en prenant des circuits balisĂ©s. Nous avons fait la traversĂ©e de la baie avec un guide, ce n'Ă©tait pas la bonne semaine car pas de marĂ©e. L'hĂ©bergement pourrait ĂȘtre revu en ajoutant des penderies avec cintres, au lieu des crochets. La chambre de trois lits est un peu juste car pas d'intimitĂ© avec les sanitaires. Le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able.

Grande maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e pour ĂȘtre tranquille et visiter le Mont St Michel

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent moment en famille. Il y a toute la vaisselle possible ainsi que des piĂšces qui permettent Ă  plusieurs gĂ©nĂ©rations de vivre ensemble sans se dĂ©ranger. La proximitĂ© avec le Mont Saint Michel est un plus. Quelques remarques: -La cuisine est Ă  l'Ă©tage donc pas trĂšs facile pour des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite ou ĂągĂ©es. -La cuisine trĂšs bruyante, le niveau sonore monte trĂšs vite -Bien indiquer oĂč se trouve le local poubelle Ă  l'arrivĂ©e car pas forcĂ©ment visible.

Humidité

L'annonce doit comporter certains éléments qui ne figurent pas aujourd'hui et ces points sont essentiels à la prise de décision : -1/ Ce gßte est trÚs humide (chambres, salle d'eau, piÚces de vie...) Parmi nous un bébé astmatique et une personne avec des allergies dues à l'humidité. -2/ Si le gßte est déconseillé aux PMR il le devrait aussi pour les enfants tant l'escalier est raide. -3/ Le manque d'éclairage extérieur est une source d'insécurité pour rejoindre les chambres situées à l'extérieur du gßte. En conclusion, le groupe dit : Attention , ces points négatifs déprécient le séjour. J'ai loué la semaine prochaine dans un autre réseau car Abritel n'a pas assuré la qualité aux clients.

TrÚs adapté à une réunion de famille

Nous avons organisĂ© une rĂ©union de famille (20 personnes de 5 Ă  80 ans) pendant un week-end dans ce gĂźte et nous avons passĂ© un excellent moment. Le gĂźte est bien amĂ©nagĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. On peut prendre ses repas Ă  l’intĂ©rieur comme Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. L’environnement est agrĂ©able. Seul bĂ©mol : la route un peu bruyante en journĂ©e.
