Ridgecrest Retreat, a rustic and industrial style home and newly completed construction is located in Moonridge. Entering the home you find the family room, with massive floor to ceiling windows to take in the wooded view. Relax in front of the gas log fireplace, or watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or stretch out on the oversized sectional sofa.
The dining area has a large farmhouse style table to sit and enjoy a great meal and conversation. The kitchen boasts of high end granite countertops, custom cabinetry and upgraded stainless steel appliances including a side by side fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, dishwasher and a standard coffee maker is provided.
Just off the kitchen area is the master bedroom, with a full bath. Down the hall is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Head upstairs where you will find a loft area, with a table for board games and two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two full size beds. There is also a full bath in the hallway.
You can enjoy more entertainment with a friendly game of foosball on the Foosball table.
The front of the home is fully landscaped with chairs provided on the deck to sit and enjoy the mountain air in this big bear cabin. You can also enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and enjoy the fresh mountain air, or star gaze while soaking. Finding a spot to charge your vehicle can be challenging while here, but, there is now a 220 amp charging station (charging cable NOT included). Just throw your bags in your Tesla and head to the mountains!

There are two exterior security cameras on the property. 1. A ring doorbell camera at front entrance capturing entry/exit. 2. Over back door capturing entry/exit near and capturing the spa for the purposes of making sure its properly serviced and spa lid is secured. Motion activated on 24/7.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
