Detached, independent, with three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two full bathrooms, one en suite, a living room and dining area with 6 seats and a sofa bed which can sleep 2 more people. The kitchen type "open space", fully equipped with a washing machine and a laundry room with washing machine. The house owned surroundings with balconies and a front patio with outdoor furniture which offers panoramic views of the center of the village of Porto Moniz, the pools, the sea and the mountains around. They also have on offer, a steak to baked or grilled. This villa also has two private parking spaces, and a parking lot for visitors or additional vehicles. With free wifi, and about 100 TV channels in various languages, this sunny villa is located close to the town center, less than 500 meters, where they can enjoy all the services, healthcare, catering and leisure. Here is located the Madeira Aquarium Museum and the famous natural swimming pools at Porto Moniz. In the neighboring parishes have a natural sand beach in Seixal, the famous caves of S. Vicente about 4 Km. They are one of the major tourist attractions of the island, natural caves of one of the largest volcanoes that was active in the origin and formation of the island itself. We also have natural lagoons in Seixal, and also a beach natural black sand, about 2 km, walking paths with fantastic views, taken and trails to explore, many choices to spend their holidays, whether at sea or in the mountains or both simultaneously, as desired. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolles Haus mit super schönem Ausblick. Es war alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Abenteuerlich ist der Weg zum Haus, aber nach einer Weile, haben wir den super meistern können. Die Lage war sehr gut, um die Wanderwege zu erreichen. Ohne Mietwagen ist alles schwieriger, aber mit Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Magnifique vue sur l océan et sur la montagne

Maison pour 4 parfaite très bien équipée , chambre parentale avec vue sur la mer , repas du soir dans la salle à manger vue sur l océan . Les 2 autres chambres ont des lits deux places mais difficiles pour deux adultes . A deux pas de porto moniz et de départ de randonnée . Le garage est très appréciable . Une semaine très chouette

House with a beautiful view.

Lovely house, plenty of room for 6 people. Previous listing mentioned problems with maintenance, these issues have all been fixed. Lots of hot water and a coffee machine. Had a wonderful week using Porto Moniz as a base to explore the island. Would highly recommend this property if you want amazing views and the sound of the ocean.

Schönes Haus aber....

Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell, auch das Haus selbst ist toll. Nur fehlt es an grundsätzlichen Dingen. -Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und auch keine Reaktion auf die Reklamationen -Balkontürverschluss defekt,kann nicht mehr verriegelt werden,da ist auch die Alarmanlage sinnlos -Haustür defekt,verzogen,lässt sich schwer öffnen, gut dass die balkontůr nicht schliessbar ist -einige Lampen sind defekt,haben wenigstens im Bad neue gekauft -aussengrill kein passender grillrost vorhanden -Dusche EG Duschknopf defekt,kein Wasserdruck -Dusche OG Duschwand undicht -Keine Polster für Aussenliegen (Holzlattung)vorhanden,daher unbrauchbar -Laut Angabe Beschreibung für 6 Personen, Geschirr und Gläser haben nicht einmal für 4 Personen gereicht,daher lief ständig der Geschirrspüler Ach ja, ein Gastgeschenk wie beschrieben, gab es auch nicht, war leider eine 08/15 Abfertigung. Ist für uns mittlerweile das 4 Haus das wir mieten und leider das erste mit so schlechtem Service. Diese Mängel sind relativ einfach zu beheben, es besteht aber anscheinend kein Interesse daran.

Het was niet fantastisch zoals door de site wordt ingevuld.

De woning ligt aan een hele steile weg, wandelen vanuit de woning kan niet. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Geen vaste verwarming alleen een kleine electrische radiator is aanwezig. De doucheruimte is erg klein. In de bijkeuken staat een warmtepomp. De deur van de bijkeuken is eruit gehaald. Als de warmtepomp aanslaat heb je veel lawaai en erge koude lucht, dit is niet prettig en storend.
