Sugarbush Mountainside Retreat - Ski in ski out

Cozy and conveniently situated in the heart of Sugarbush Village, this recently renovated condo is a top floor end unit with views of the green mountains from every room. Regardless of the season you plan on visiting, this space is a perfect home base for all the Mad River Valley has to offer.

While the proximity to skiing/hiking/biking/exploring is certainly the main draw we've created a space that offers modern comforts to welcome you home.

Ditch your boots and gear in the mudroom as you enter the condo (3 sets of stairs from building entrance). A small hallway leads you to the kitchen, living area, 1st floor bathroom and bedroom.

The living space is equipped with a cozy fireplace, smart TV and large slider that leads to the balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or sundowner on the private balcony overlooking the valley.

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials. There is seating for four at the table or pull up a stool at the island for more informal dining.

The first floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed. This room is located right next door to the full bathroom with a tub shower.

The main bedroom is lofted and accessed by a spiral staircase. It's furnished with a king-size bed & seating area where you can take in the beautiful views of the resort and mountains.

The condo is part of Sugarbush Village and the main resort is short walk away accessed through a covered bridge. Other areas that are easily accessible or a near by drive;

The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit has been nicely updated and is clean and well appointed overall, including very nice sheets and towels. Only complaint is the furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit in, tho it looks very nice. Also, the unit is a short walk across the parking lot and over a small hill to the lift (you can ski it if there's snow) so “ski in/out” is really kind of a stretch. Also, unit is on the 3rd floor. Tom was very responsive and nice to work with.

Great condo, walking distance to lifts and village.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and very close. We were there at the end of March and did not find the ski-in/out trail, but we were a relatively short walk to the base and found it very easy to go back and forth.

Family ski vacation

The condo was very comfortable and has everything you need in terms of kitchen and dining facilities. Both bathrooms have showers so two couples or a small family can easily share the condo with ample privacy. The location provides easy access to the ski hill (no need to use the car once you are there). Would definitely stay there again when visiting Sugarbush.

Tom is an amazing host; responsive and kind. Place is exactly perfect - has what you need (unless you're a KEURIG man). But the Paradise 1/2 mile down the road has the nicest workers and has all the fresh coffee you need. And cookies. And breakfast sandwiches. When you look out the windows it looks like a European chateau village. SB Day Care was still right there after 13 years of putting my youngest in it. Take it in, folks. This place has changed.... but also, it has not.

Last Minute Ski Trip

My family and I found ourselves suddenly with no plans for Easter weekend, and Sugarbush recieved an unexpected 7 inches of snow on April 15th. I came across this condo and it looked perfect. Everything was exactly as advertised. We were able to easily cook and the beds are extremely comfortable . The condo was not ski in or out for us but it was very late in the season and all of the new snow had already melted below the base. However the location is amazing and its only a 2 minute drive to the base. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back next season!

I was with my adult son and girlfriend we had a great stay. Despite the early winter non cooperative weather. This was a great place to stay. We were comfortable with the space us. Easy to the mountain and back for lunch. Also even an easy walk around the village which will be more busy as the season progresses. Everyone around was friendly as well.
