This charming old "Mas" is set in beautiful surroundings in a large garden with grass and flowers. We were all very happy with the stay. Michael.

A relaxing and authentic experience. House layout was very spacious and there were enough bathrooms for everybody. Well thought out.Pool and outdoor area are a highlight as is the outdoor kitchen and portico, and living room where would congregate for games. Kitchen fully equipped so you can stay in if you want. We also loved the small town of La Colle-sur-Loupe.

Lovely Mas in a lovely setting

Spacious, comfortable, secure, well equipped, original Mas in a secluded but not isolated spot. Huge swimming pool set in very pleasant gardens. The sense is of a family home that happens to be let rather than an out and out rental property, and is all the better for it. Martine was a most accommodating hostess, in particular with our arrival and departure timings and made herself fully contactable during our stay (though we did not need to trouble her). Highly recommended.

We fell in love from the moment we arrived

Martine was so helpful before we arrived and met us on the day. She was lovely. The farmhouse is wonderful; it felt like home from home, set in large, beautiful gardens with a fabulous large swimming pool taking centre stage. Inside the kitchen had everything you would need and the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were extremely comfortable. The living area was spacious and so homely and perfect for our party of 6. All in all a gem of a place and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous house Martine.

A Wonderful Holiday

We had a really wonderful stay at this large rustic property. It's lovely and quiet, very private and located in the hills of La Colle-Sur-Loup. Ideally positioned with only 10mins by car to Saint-Paul-de-Vence and 30mins by car to Nice. The house possesses an extremely well equipped kitchen should you want to cook, although there are also plenty of very nice restaurants around the area. We particularly loved the outside terrace, sun loungers & BBQ at the house, along with the large outdoor swimming pool (which was very clean) and helped us to keep cool in the warm sun. We also enjoyed the outdoor table tennis which generated lots of friendly competitions between us. Martine was an amazing host, was quick to respond to any of our queries and was so welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to others.

Gezellige woning met een geweldig zwembad

Genoten van het zwembad. Woning erg leuk. Wat meer info in het Engels zou helpen , was er wel maar franstalig. Nieuw bezoek over enkele jaren zeer wel mogelijk

Dank U Jan. Thank you. Danke schön. Grazie. Though I don't understand why you wrote such a comment. The rules of the house are written in english, all postits are bilingual, I never spoke a word of french with you. Only the indications for the heater are in french, yes, I will take care for that. But otherwise, everything was in english, which you speek and understand well.. I wish you had made a comment on the way you were welcomed , the cleaness of the house which I am particularly keen on, the equipments of the pool, the rooms and above all the kitchen, , the way I cared for you and the safety of your familly. I am disappointed on the 4 stars, really, I thought I deserved more. And by the way, in order to be understood by the whole community, you should have written your comment in english ! That is a little bit only" dutchtalig". But nevermind, if you wish to come back you will be more than welcome. But you should'nt have been so sever. You do'nt even guess how much work it is to make a house proach to perfect and how 4 stars can ruin your visibillity just for a detail : too franstalig. You must be kidding.... Sorry

La paix et la beauté d’une maison traditionnel

Un séjour merveilleux dans une maison joliment décoré. On se sent comme à la maison. Rien à voir avec ces maisons modernes, ici on parle authenticité, beauté, tranquillité. De belles lithographie et de jolis meubles un jardin en terre-plein avec une piscine magique. Alors qu’on a passé une journée magnifique on découvre à la tombée de la nuit cette jolie demeure avec ses éclairages nocturne. Recommandé par ma famille, cette maison nous a accueilli à bras ouverts et on y est parti le cœur serré. Un endroit magique pour les enfants comme pour les adultes on vécu des moments forts et paisible dans cet arrière pays de Saint-Paul de Vence. Le coin barbecue est parfait pour une bonne grillade. nous avons d’ailleurs installer l’une des tables à l’ombre des arbres avec une vue sur le terrain et la piscine on se serait cru dans un film de Pagnol. Cinq chambres chacune avec leur salle de bain parfaitement aménagé pour de grandes familles. Nous étions ici en Provence et à 15 minutes de la plage (sans les jours de trafic). Ping-pong, boule de pétanque, bouée pour la piscine, tout est là pour nous permettre de profiter de ce lieu sans vouloir le quitter. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine incroyable chez Martine. Sa propriété est magnifique, c est un lieu idyllique, au calme absolu, la piscine est immense et très agréable. La villa est entièrement équipée. Proche de toutes les commodités et du très joli village de Saint-Paul de Vence. Nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer cette villa pour nos prochaines vacances sur la Côte d’Azur.

Séjour agréable et calme chez Martine

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un environnement très calme. La maison était propre, l'électroménager en parfait état, la literie est soignée. Ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les maisons mises en location. La piscine est parfaite et l'accès de la maison est tout à fait ordinaire vu la région. Les commerces sont proches. Nous n'avons été bien accueilli et Martine est disponible pour le moindre soucis.
