Welcome to our ski-in, ski-out chalet condo at Blue Mountain -ideal for your next getaway! Our newly renovated chalet condo is in the renowned Cachet Crossing resort, located just steps away from the Silver Bullet chair lift and directly on the "Easy Street" ski run. Sip your coffee on the balcony and enjoy views of the ski hills on the mountain. Take a one minute walk to the bustling Blue Mountain Village, where you'll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore year round!

The space
We are centrally located close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and just a short drive to the beaches and picnic spots in this four season playground.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Our spacious unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our chalet condo features comfortable bedding and hotel-quality linens for your comfort.
Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including flatware and cutlery. You can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Blue or Collingwood.
Living Space:
Get cozy by the large gas fireplace with its barn beam mantel, and enjoy the mountain views over the balcony -living room is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Our unit is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV for your entertainment.

Other Details to Note
Last Summer, the exterior stairs for the complex were replaced and although the bulk of the renovations have been completed there are still a few items that we thought we'd share with you:
- At this point in time, none of the units at Cachet Crossing have functional AC. We've spoken to the condo association and they have set a repair date for May 19th. Kindly note that this date is tentative and weather dependent.
- The balconies for all 2nd- and 3rd floor units have a sheet of plywood across a section of the railing. This should not impact your view of the mountain but it is there for your safety.
- You may notice exposed junction boxes inside the property but they do not pose a safety concern. All wires have been capped off and tucked inside.
- Each unit is provided with only 1 parking pass but we can provide you with alternative arrangements. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis so please reach out to our team should you require additional parking.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
