Perfect for families, groups of friends, and anyone desiring home on one level. Guests will love this newly constructed home with lots of space, comfortable beds, and yard space for enjoying the sunshine. Neighborhood is quiet, ample parking, and steps to the ocean!

Guests have a private home on the first floor. It has private entrance & driveway on 6th Ave South. Guests have 1600 sq. ft. to enjoy featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and private yard space all to themselves. There is also a washer and dryer, and beach supplies to borrow and enjoy!
