Bonsoir, Alors déjà je tiens à préciser que ce n'est pas le propriétaire mais la conciergerie, car le propriétaire donc moi même je ne suis pas sur place. Donc c'est Stéphane avec qui j'ai que des bons retour à par de votre part, je vous invite à aller voir son site la conciergerie de l'ubaye pour justement voir tous les commentaires. Par contre comme chaque locataires qui laisse un studio sans trop le respecter vous avez l'audace de laisser une très mauvaise note sur le studio.... Juste pour remettre les choses au clair j'ai reçu les photos et il y avait effectivement tout à refaire et non pas juste 2 miettes à ramasser et en plus de ça des t'allonges de la tables très salles... Sur ce bonne soirée madame.

Un bel appartement pour une belle semaine de vélo

L'appartement est très bien pour une semaine à la montagne l'été. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi disponible (réseau mobile Free quasi inexistant) La propreté était irréprochable et la personne d'accueil très compétente et chaleureuse.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement rénové. Idéalement situé, près des pistes. Seul bémol pour la propreté, le ménage n’avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée.

A notre arrivée nous avons été reçu par Vanina, charmante dame disponible et agréable. Bien que petit, cet appartement est très fonctionnel. Tout y est bien pensé. Insonorisation impeccable. Quel ravissement de voir depuis le salon les montagnes enneigées. La proximité de la station Le Sauze, les navettes gratuites qui vont de Barcelonnette au Super Sauze et un plus bien appréciable. Je recommande cette location !
