About this property

🎖 The Attic - Ideally located in the old town

The apartment 40 square meters is located in the heart of the old town in a historic building. You can fully enjoy the proximity of many restaurants, the lake, the city and the mountains. 3 times a week, the fruit and vegetable market is set up at the bottom of the apartment and the Thiou flows just behind.
The Attic is fully equipped: Iron, shampoo, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, TV and wifi access. If anything is missing, please let me know! A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away.

This apartment is composed of a bed of 160x200 cm (King Size).

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.

🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Great location
The best thing about the apartment was the location. Several parking places nearby ( paid or free) Very well decorated and cozy. The only weak point was the kitchen and the kitchenware. Very small and with few utensils.

Séjour de 2 semaines à trois (2 adultes et un enfant): Situation de la location idéale en plein coeur du centre historique dans un secteur piétonnier; garer le véhicule parking de la Tournette (ou Hôtel de Ville sinon), tous payants Prévoir de bonnes jambes pour monter les quatre étages (mais bon...on est à la montagne, non?) Location très calme une fois les châssis de toit fermés...mais très chaude; utilisation du ventilateur fourni indispensable pour passer la nuit Lit confortable, le canapé-lit reste un canapé-lit... Location refaite récemment à neuf et conviviale, électroménager complet Bémol : la cabine de douche mérite une remise à niveau (un des 2 pommeau défectueux, portes récalcitrantes et évacuation des eaux difficile); à vérifier pour les prochains locataires... Globalement satisfaisant

bon environnement
Appartement très bien situé et très agréable. Juste des petits problèmes d'électricité (plaque de cuisson et four micro onde), difficulté d'utiliser la clef et de WC (remplissage d'eau et abattant) qui font que l'appréciation général de cette appartement n'est pas parfaite. c'est dommageable. heureusement que la conciergerie répond au téléphone et est réactive.
