Zourva Villa maisonetteis a superb maisonette with a magnificent combination of traditional and modern architectural style, located in the village of Zourva just only 25Km from the city of Chania, Crete and 23 Km away from the amazing sandy beaches of Agioi Apostoloi, Chrissi Akti and Agia Marina.
The luxurious environment of the fully equipped 110 sqm maisonette, that combines perfectly the stone and the wood offers an ideal solution for self catering luxury holidays for a family or a company of friends that want to explore the natural beauty and the diversity of the genuine Cretan countryside around.
Starting from Zourva, our guests can explore the amazing routes to the White Mountains, the gorges and the running waters, and the traditional villages around. Tromarissa and Therissos Gorges, Kalergis shelter, Omalos Plateau and the Samaria Gorge are just some of numerous amazing sites that our guests can visit.
The maisonette is open all year and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Villa Zourva maisomette is a 110 sqm traditional building with an architecture that combines perfectly the stone and the wood. It was built before 1900 and renovated in 2009 by Alexandros Stamatakis who transformed it into a quirky and comfortable 'retreat', retaining all the immense charm and history of area.
The maisonette is situated in a two-floor layout that can accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining table.
The first level of the maisonette contains the living room, the kitchen and one bathroom. The living room is very spacious and equipped with comfortable couches, luxury furniture, air-condition, a fireplace, satellite TV 32' and other entertainment devices.
The kitchen is also fully-equipped with all the electrical appliances and all the necessary house equipment, table and chairs to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party.
From the living room, our guests can easily go out to a terrace balcony, equipped with furniture, and enjoy the amazing view to the White Mountains, the village of Zourva and the forest around.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the second level of the villa, with an amazing double bedroom and a sofa bedroom that are equipped with air-condition, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser.
The bedrooms share a luxurious WC/bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony with breathtaking view to the White Mountains, the village of Zourva and the forest around.
On the exterior of the maisonette exists a small patio with flowers and a barbeque is available for our guests to organize a feast. A parking space for your car is available right outside the house.
