Your beach house in the heart of an old fishing district, 30 meters from the sand. On 4 levels, including 3 with a plunging view of the sea. The area offers many shops with typical and friendly merchants: bakeries, fishmongers, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, post office, pharmacy, fruit market. You will be charmed by the omnipresence of the sea and the traditional village spirit that reigns in the neighborhood.

House lies in second line of beach. The charm of the old in a new structure.

On the ground floor is the living space, consisting of the open kitchen, a folding dining table and the sitting area with TV. The kitchen offers a combi microwave oven, four ceramic hobs and a dishwasher. You will also find a shower room essential to return from the beach and very practical to avoid getting sand in the rooms.

the 1st floor consists of a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. Seaview.

The 2nd floor offers a double bed with a small bathroom. Seaview.

The 3rd floor, which gives access to the terrace with an extraordinary view of the sea, offers a loft bed.

Laundry : Supplement 10 Eur/person for any additional set of linen or beach towel. The 1st set is included in the price.

300MB fiber optic internet.

The whole is beautifully decorated with many paintings that give charm to the house. The walls are white with high ceilings.A deposit of 200 Eur in cash is required upon entering the premises, refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of departure. This is a simple precaution to protect against possible damage and annoyance for all.

For stays of 28 days or more, electricity and water are invoiced, supported by supplier invoices.

Beach chairs and games are available.

We spent an unforgettable week in this pretty house three steps from the beach, located in a small fishing village with authentic charm, far from mass tourism and yet very close to so many wonderful sites (Málaga, Cordoba, Mijas .. .). We felt at home on arrival with a bottle of Spanish wine waiting for us to allow us to discover local products from the start. The house is perfectly suitable for children, ours were delighted to find plenty of toys (legos, board games ...) and books as well as buckets and shovels for the beach. Convenient to have three bathrooms to avoid traffic jams in the morning before going on an excursion. The house is very well equipped and lovingly decorated. We especially took advantage of the terrace with its marvelous view of the sea. No need for a car to go to the restaurant or to do the shopping. In short, everything you need for a great vacation!

Here are 3 ways to reach La Cala from Málaga airport:
1 - Train + bus M160 (cash payment) Train 13 minutes (4 stops) Then 10 minutes walk to reach the bus station (18 min. trip depending on traffic) This route is adequate with light suitcases. Total travel time: approximately 1h15 From experience, we recommend this return trip in any case, because in this direction the bus station is close to the train station. Allow plenty of time on the way back, at least 3 hours before take-off.
2 - Bus + Bus (cash payment) The bus just in front of the airport (departs every 30 min.) takes you to the Central Bus Station. From there, buy another ticket towards Rincón de la Victoria. Take the opportunity to ask for the bus timetables La Cala - Malaga; this will be useful during the stay and for the return. I recommend this option if you are busy. Total travel time: approximately 1h15
3 - Taxi Journey about 25 min. Cost around 50 Eur depending on the hour.
