Beautiful penthouse 500 meters from the beach, with Wifi. Large sunny terrace, with sea views, sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs. Located in a quiet area. It has a swimming pool and gardens in the urbanization and parking. Furniture and decoration new and modern. It has a bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room. They can accommodate up to four people. Ideal for couples and families with children. Very close to the center, the beach and the motorway (A7). 13 km from the center of Malaga. Very close (300 m) of bus stop to go to Malaga. Consult prices for Semana Santa, Feria de Málaga and Christmas. Minimum stay to consult. Check in until 21:00, later on request and at a cost of € 20.

Location is good for a view but it is up a hill, ok for us but wouldn’t be good for some, property getting ready for some paint and tlc, i guess you get what you pay for, overall it’s ok and plenty of room with most things supplied

Lo mejor la amplia terraza, es espectacular, tranquilidad total, recomendable para estar de relax en este ático, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The apartment was very satisfactory, everything worked fine. Rincon de la Victoria is a nice little place without many tourist. Easy to get the bus to Malaga. Overall highly recommended

Just perfect!

This is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever been to. It is even more beautiful than shown in the pictures: Very bright, and the view from the terrace is priceless. Check-in was very comfortable and I was warmly welcomed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen had all you can wish for. The beach is also very near: You can walk there in about 8 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the perfect stay in Rincón!

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick von der Dachterrasse. Liegen, Esstisch, Holzkohlegrill und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Große amerikanische Gefrier-/Kuehlkombi. Herd(kein Backoffen), Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Wintergarten mit Esstisch und Couch. Modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Ganze Wohnung praktisch und modern im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Waschmaschine und Wäschestander vorhanden. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 200m., man geht auf dem Weg zum Meer dort vorbei. Das Meer ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ca. 600m entfernt. Zum Lidl etwa 800m bergaufwärts. Das Meer und die Promenade sind toll. Sandstrand, flachabfallend mit sanitären Einrichtungen. Es gibt viele Shops, Kiosk und Restaurants an der Promenade. Auch Restaurants mit Liegenverleih.

Dejlig penthouse lejlighed med flot havudsigt.

Tak for en god uge i solen. God velindrettet lejlighed med alt, hvad der behøves til ferien. Gode terrasser mod øst, vest og syd (= sol hele dagen). 5 minutter til indkøb, strand, cafeer og restauranter. Mange tak til Mercedes for venlighed og hjælpsomhed både ved modtagelse og ved afsked. Vi kommer gerne igen.

wunderschönes Penthouse mit Meerblick

Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Apartment ist unglaublich. Wir haben leider nur 2 Nächte hier verbracht und fanden alles perfekt. In der Anlage gibt es einen Swimmingpool, den man mitnutzen kann. Das Meer befindet sich in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Da es so viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe gab, hatten wir den Supermarkt ums Eck nicht allzuoft benötigt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist durchgestylt und sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Auch hatten wir von der Vermieterin tolle Tipps erhalten und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Ein wunderbares Feriendomizil, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben hier sehr entspannte Tage verbringen dürfen. Der Wintergarten mit Meerblick ist ein wahrer Wohlfühlort, auf den Terrassen kann man von morgens bis abends die Sonne genießen. Ausstattung rundum perfekt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Eigener Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage. Montes de Malaga als schönes Wanderrevier wie auch die Stadt Malaga sind rasch erreichbar. Stilvolle Wohnung in guter Lage mit schönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, dass benötigt wird. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu bewältigen und man kann Abends sehr schön an der Uferpromenade spazieren gehen. Hier sind auch viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen oder trinken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren hier bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Vielen Dank nochmals an Mercedes für den netten Empfang und die hilfsbereitschaft.

Прекрасная квартира с чудесным видом!

Всё очень понравилось, в квартире три полноценных комнаты , с двух комнат выход на балкон, одна комната сделана на террасе полностью застеклённая , есть всё для комфортного проживания, гриль на террасе , очень мало жилья с возможностью гриллить, вид на город и море, тихо, магазины и рестораны в шаговой доступности, во дворе бассейн и парковка , Марина и Мерседес просто дамы на миллион, очень приятные милые всегда помогали, наша оценка 5 баллов, обязательно вернёмся!

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft. Gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Dachterrasse, gute Lage. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Marina ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und alles lief absolut unkompliziert ab.

Estancia inmejorable

El apartamento es una auténtica preciosidad. Estuve el puente del día de Andalucía. Tiene una terraza enorme con una vistas increíbles al Mar Mediterráneo y la playa queda muy cerquita. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE. NOSOTROS SEGURO QUE REPETIREMOS. (Los dueños muy simpáticos y atentos)

Somos una pareja joven con dos perros. Estamos encantados de nuestra elección. Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy agradable en este apartamento.
