Independent, comfortable and modern 60m2 cottage adjoining the family building, with shaded garden, large swimming pool and private jacuzzi.

Accommodation for 4 (ideal) to 6 pers. (max).
1st Floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (double bed/ folding bunk beds), bathroom/ wc.
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom/ wc, veranda-lounge and 2 independent terraces.

Quiet environment 1 km from Les Vans and the typical markets. Many activities nearby (walks, caves, canoeing...).

Life on the ground:
The country stone family building is an old magnanerie (silk spinning) of the mid-19th century.
The cottage is a recent addition in the same style, with private entrance and all the comfort and equipment of a modern accommodation.

You will have private access (1 only cottage) to the pool (12m X 5m) and jacuzzi (4pers.). The garden of 5000 m2 is fenced, you will find benches and hammocks, trampoline and children’s games. Passionate about gardening, you will enjoy seasonal organic fruits and vegetables.

You will also have a choice of books (FR and EN) and comics, movies and board games for children and adults, a game of darts and petanque balls to animate your aperitifs!

I will be at your disposal to inform you and share the good addresses of restaurants, walks and activities.

Practical side:
Bed linen and towels are provided. On request, we can install a baby cot and chair.

The pool and jacuzzi are in wintering during the low season, from November to March. Inquire for October and April. In July and August, reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday.

Our 4-legged friends are welcome and will be welcomed by our 3 dogs, 2 cats and our chickens. Thank you for telling us at the time of booking, to make sure together that everything will go well with pets.
