Between lake and ocean, the 3 sails chalet

Ideally located on the dune bordering Lake Maubuisson, the 3 sails chalet is particularly suitable for family holidays.
It can accommodate six people. With an area of 65 m² it consists, on the ground floor of a kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom, separate WC and a bedroom with a 140 bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms each equipped with two 90 cm beds.
A travel cot at your disposal.
The balcony terrace will allow you to have lunch or dinner facing the pine forest.
The car is not necessary, the city center, the shops, the cinema and the supervised beach of the lake are nearby.

familiale

depuis 40 ans, mes débuts, sur Maubuisson, vacances ou weekend prolongé, station toujours aussi paisible, balades, plages (océan et lac), pistes vélo, presque rien n'est venu perturber. le chalet de Luc est très bien conçu. il y a tout, même la place ! au bord des pistes, à pied pour les commerces, le lac, que demande le peuple !! encore merci

Colocation avec les araignées !!

Chalet prévu pour 1 couple et des enfants mais pas pour adultes. Non précisé sur l'annonce.Le parasol etait usagé et il a cassé pendant le séjour, il nous a tenu pour responsable ! Idem pour un vulgaire bac à glaçons....! Le plus gênant ceux sont les araignées qu'il y a sur le balcon-terrasse, c'est vraiment une cohabitation avec les araignées pendant 15jours!! . Très médiocre. Un seul ventilateur !!! Depuis plus de 40 ans que nous louons c'est la première fois que nous sommes obligés de régler un surplus pour avoir amené un chat, il n'y avait pas de poils j'ai fait le ménage tout était net mais en plus nous payons la prestation alors le propriétaire est déjà indemnisé...! Je ne recommanderai pas cette location et méfiance propriétaire pas du tout sympa. Les locataires sont des casseurs-payeurs.tres décevant. Fuyez!!!

Super vacances en famille

Très agréable vacances pour un second séjour à Carcans. Logement conforme à la description, très proche du lac et des commerces, et de la location des vélos et au pieds des pistes cyclables! Jean Luc a été un hôte très gentil et ponctuel. Nous recommandons donc ce logement.

Bungalow confortable et bien place

Bungalow parfaitement conforme à la description, décoré à neuf, avec une bonne literie et tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Bien placé, proche du village et tout proche des pistes cyclables.
