I cannot say enough about the owner Joe. He went above and beyond for anything we had questions about! He responded immediately to any questions we had, he kept us informed on all work being done while we were there and he also sent us in formation about events happening in the area. I highly recommend staying at his property. Location was perfect for our 3 month stay and the condo was exactly as stated in VRBO. We will defiantly stay at this property again.!

5 days before arrival we were informed the lanai would not be accessed due repairs; we had no idea that would also include daily jackhammering; the owner sympathized but the inconvenience was huge; The complex should not be allowed to do this kind of work in prime season

Budget sums it up

So the positives are the location is great, so close to the beach, easy checkin and owner quick to return communication and flexible w early check in. The place has everything you need almost (minus missing balcony) he provides beach equipment if you want it… the cleaner did clearly do their job however….. The negatives are the photos are misleading, there’s no balcony (under construction) and this should be made clear when booking bc that’s a major reason for booking. The place is shabby, furniture very used and grimey, the towels and linens are horrid, please romance these- they are not only stained w rust stains?? But also smell of stale ashtray, had the question if these were even clean. On closer inspection realized the linen cupboard itslef reeks of old ashtray and so why the linens do also. So does the closest. I have. Avery sensitive nose and se rice to their hand smoke so I woke up congested every day and hard time sleeping from the odor. I kept balcony door at all times when in the place but then construction crew were in front of me sometimes on th scaffolding so had to lock up at time and bare the odor bc single female and just didn’t like the situation. It’s what would be a 2/5 star for resorts in Caribbean. You get what you pay for but highly recommend deep clean to get doors out of closets and furniture and new linens (that bath rug is disgusting) …. Otherwise location location, fantastic.

Thank you for providing your feedback. It is clearly noted in the property description that there is construction at this time. The details read exactly as follows: ****PLEASE NOTE that we very recently learned that the condominiums at Beach and Tennis are currently undergoing construction for repairs during daytime working hours (approximately 8-4). They are currently updating ALL lanais. There will be construction personnel on site. Please contact me if you have any questions. **** In addition, the beds, linens, and couches were purchased new in the last year. The photos taken are exactly what is in the unit, so I am not sure what is misleading. It is a non-smoking building and upon checking with the cleaning service, they stated that there were no odd odors in the room. We will address your concern about the linens with the cleaning service. However, we do have all new towels, linens, and rugs. With regards to the safety of the property during construction, we are in constant contact with neighbors and the board and not one concern or complaint has been expressed by any other guest. I am sorry that was your personal experience, but this is a very safe property. You contacted us several times throughout your stay and never once did you express any of these concerns. In fact, you asked for a late check out which appears to be conflicting with the idea that you were unhappy with your stay. While we are always open to feedback and are always making changes to the property based on the feedback, it is essential that it is accurate and constructive in order to create the best possible experience.

A great vacation

The property was just fine! It is the 2nd time I rent it. Everything was clean. Everything works fine. The water is hot, the AC is cool, the Ref is big and clean. The beach cart was a plus. The location is great. If you are not too picky, you will enjoy your stay there!

In desperate need of update!

This Condo Unit was so outdated! The so called rugs, paper thin, were a hazard. The kitchen chairs were so low and uncomfortable I had to put a pillow on the cushion to sit. The shower was Impossible to regulate! We cleaned the air filters on the air conditioner they were dirty.No Keurig and the Beach Chairs were so old and uncomfortable. You have to spend a little money if you intend to keep on renting. The location was wonderful but would NEVER rent this unit again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I would like to address a few issues in order to clarify your concerns. First, we acquired the unit just before the start of Covid and had planned to complete renovations immediately thereafter. Unfortunately, the county closed due to a pandemic and we were restricted from moving forward with our plans. Those plans will be implemented soon as we choose to follow safety guidelines for the benefit of our renters. Second, the air conditioning unit is essentially new at 8 months old and works efficiently. We would have appreciated a direct contact if you had a concern regarding it as opposed to you taking the liberty to taking it apart. Also, the information on the listing is accurate. You are able to read the description and see what is available in the unit. If you had concerns or questions about any of the pictures or descriptions you should have called directly. With regards to the shower regulation, you are the only renter to date who has expressed any concern about it. That is also the case regarding the furniture currently in the unit. Rest assured that we will continue to make improvements to the unit very soon. Lastly, please note that while you may have requested to rent outside of the VRBO agreement, for the safety and protection of our renters we always follow the guidelines of the agency. Best of luck to you in finding what you consider an ideal rental property.

We came as a family and stayed for a week. We have small children and enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and warm up in the pools. The other residents were very kind. I will say I wish there was a clearer understanding on where to get parking passes but we managed to find everything. Laundry was quick enough just bring change to make it easy.

Not a Gulf view

I was told when booking that the condo that it had a gulf view but it did not even the pictures shown of the web site shows a water view. That was disappointing. The Condo is right across the street from the beach and very easy to get to. We felt it was in a great location to go and do different activities. If you are not looking for a Gulf view then I give this Condo and location a thumbs up.
