All new appliances. Kitchen and bathroom countertops are quartz. There is a lot of room for storage. The laundry room has a folding table and new stacked washer and dryer. All utilities included. Fiber optic internet included. Pets negotiable with additional deposit.

This is a very quiet area but still walking distance to the University of Arkansas. Back yard area leads to 30 acre field, biking and hiking trails within walking distance in state forest/preserved area. Perfect for Faculty/Staff or Graduate Student.
