We rented this adorable unit so we could walk across the street to watch a production at the Walton Arts Center. It was perfect! Small bathroom but worked for us.

Perfect Location

This cozy little gem is just a block away from Dickson Street. We were in town for a concert at George’s Majestic and felt comfortable walking around late at night. The streets/parks were well lit. The property has everything you need for a stay. The bathroom is small but well equipped and squeaky clean. The bed and linens are very comfortable. There are many windows without coverings so the morning light will wake you up - if that’s not your thing, bring a sleeping mask. You do have privacy though and the location is very peaceful. We will be returning.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

It was as stated in the listing, very clean and easy walking distance to everything. Plus, the added bonus of having a designated parking spot off the street! Would stay here again.

Fun in Fayetteville

Loved the location! Cozy studio; clean and comfy. Pretty small bathroom with small shower. Nice private deck. Enjoyed our stay.

Tight and cozy upstairs single is perfect for a date weekend. Clean. Owners kept in great contact. Walking distance to anything on and near Dickson, the Square, or the U.

Loved the convenience of this property! It had everything we needed, and was well equipped with a comfortable king size bed, lots of fluffy towels, and the best location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Lovely One Bedroom

The room was perfect for what we needed! Location was the best, close to my kids apartments, close the restaurants. My son stopped by and said it was exactly what he wanted for a studio apartment. Haha. The bed was comfy and my husband loved the coffee bar. Highly recommend!

SEC Indoor Track Championships

Location was exactly what we wanted - close walk to restaurants and bars. Short drive to the track facility. Comfortable king bed and lots of very nice towels. Thank you for supplying toiletries that I forgot & good TP 🙌 Will definitely try to stay again if we return to Fayetteville

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location for everything. You can park your car and walk to a large selection of restaurants and activities. The apartment is nicely appointed and very comfortable! Had a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend this for 1-2 people who want to explore Fayetteville and the surrounding area.

Great Spot close to Dickson

Really neat and clean property. Close to the Square, U of A, and Dickson. We will book again in the future. Please note there are quite a few stairs to get up to the rental so just be aware of that.

This property is part of an historic renovation project undertaken by the owners in 2014. Owners chose this property because it is located in the center of the top rated small college towns in America. Like many of their friends and neighbors the owners came to Fayetteville to goto the University of Arkansas and never left. Aside from all the educational, cultural,and social amenities including first class arts, entertainment, ,sports, shopping and dining options available within walking distance.Fayetteville is simply a very beautiful, user friendly, livable city.
