Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

Great Llcation

This property has everything you need, close to the action of Dickson St and great restaurants yet out of the hustle and bustle so you can get some great sleep! Laundry is a bonus!

What a perfect place to spend the weekend! It’s just what we needed! Close to the square and Dixon street but not loud. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the place was clean, well stocked and cozy. Tips: If you carry heavy luggage or struggle with stairs, you should know this property requires you to climb a flight of stairs with no elevator. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance but I’d strongly suggest making a reservation as they fill up fast and you can’t get in anywhere.

Great location, cute studio!

My mother and I went to Fayetteville for a little girl's trip and stayed in this awesome studio. The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was perfectly suited for our needs! It felt safe because there is a keypad lock on the building door as well as the entry to the apartment. Elliot was an excellent host and great with communication and answering any questions we had.

It was the perfect location. It was close to everything and the farmers market was so fun and nostalgic. There are restaurants right down the block from our stay. It was perfect. Elliott was quick to respond and awesome!

Convenient location

Right off the square so we were able to walk to the farmers market easily, which was a bonus since that was unplanned! Elliott was very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Lovely & Perfect

I only want to stay at the Artists Studio from now on! It is a lovely studio apartment in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and theatre are all in walking distance. Loved it!!!

Parents Weekend at The Square

Property is 5 min walk to Dickson Street but far enough away from bar scene to be the perfect place to wake up, take a walk and have a coffee in the Town Square. Farmers Market in the Fayette Square on Saturday Mornings and a 15 min walk to campus. Loft On the Square is a perfect place for a couple to visit Fayetteville for all occasions
