Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Fun spot!

Fun location to enjoy Dickson Street! Love the layout of this property. We are Razorback fans so we enjoyed the decor. The two patios were fun to see the sights and sit outside!

Great location to Dickson street! Great view from balcony, and we listened to the piano bar across the street in the evenings. Its super cool decor and cleanliness made for a great stay!! Reasonably priced and great communication from the owners. We will be back for many more stays!

This property is a great place to stay in the middle of the action. The condo was clean and well equipped. All communication with the management was smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here when in Fayetteville.

Cool Location - Go Hogs

Cool location right on Dickson Street. It can be noisy as the piano bar goes to 2am. The bedroom is located in the back of the condo and with the bedroom doors closed, most of the sound is muffled. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it but the location and the nice balcony may off-set the noise piece. It is a very spacious unit.

U of A move in weekend

We stayed in this lovely property over the weekend to move our freshman son into his dorm, and we enjoyed our stay so much! We had beautiful weather, so our favorite spot was the covered patio overlooking Dickson Street. After a long day of dorm-organizing, we plugged in the lights, poured a beverage and relaxed while taking in the sights, sounds and people-watching that is Dickson street. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the kitchen perfect. I can’t say enough about how cool this place is! We would love to stay here again! The only negative was the construction equipment which was being stored directly behind the designated parking space making it difficult to get in and out of the space. All in all, though, it was a great weekend!

Baseball trip

Wonderful neat place , close to all that is happening . My wife and I were up for a couple of baseball games and this place was perfect. Extremely clean and well appointed for everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

What a little gem on Dickson Street. The patio was wonderful! We stayed out there for hours. The property was clean and the location great! The only tip I would give is to add additional seating in the living area that is a more comfortable too. We would stay here again! It was the perfect spot for parents visiting their college student who lives on campus.

Hogs v Dogs

Came in for the Aransas/Georgia basketball game, not our first time staying here but always first choice if available. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fayetteville and want easy access to the UA campus, Dickson Street, downtown Fayetteville and the green belt. But if you're a Hog fan, a must stay. Hog decor is awesome and proximity to basketball/football stadiums and surrounding amenities is perfect!

The best in Fayetteville

This isn’t our first time to stay here and for sure will not be the last. We were in town for a wedding and within walking distance of all the festivities. The property manager was so attentive and asked if we ever needed anything. You won’t be disappointed….its the perfect location on Dickson street!

LOVED this condo! The decor ~ everything Razorbacks ~ was perfect for us, as we love our HOGS! Parked at the door ~ walked to everything on Dickson St. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony that evening, listening to Piano Bar across the street ~ perfect distance/not loud at all. Wish we could have stayed longer - just a one night stop before business trip that weekend in Rogers. Will definitely stay again!
