With two bedrooms (featuring a queen bed, full bed, and a futon in the living room) and one bathroom, it comfortably accommodates your needs. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen HD TV, towels and linens. (new in 2025- smart TV in front bedroom). Stay connected with free fiber-optic wireless internet and of course, enjoy the unlimited use of Netflix. Feel free to unwind on the private deck in the large backyard, while sipping a cup of coffee. (Our personal favorite is Magnolia Coffee House! (also within walking distance)

Location was perfect for us and a short walk to the cute downtown area. Magnolias coffee shop is great. Kara went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Football weekend

Cozy cottage is a perfect name for this place. Shortened the drive from Texas to Fayetteville too. Minor snafu on check in was handled immediately by friendly host. Would stay again.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Prairie Grove at the cottage. The beds were very comfortable & we slept wonderfully. Kara was helpful & quick to respond when we had issues with our code to get in. She had some great recommendations on things to do in town. We wish we had more time to explore the area

Perfect Weekend in town

We rented this little cottage for the weekend of our son's wedding. We didn't want to intrude on my son and his now wife at their home so we rented this property. The biggest factor for us is always cleanliness of the property. This place was clean. Great communication and in a good neighborhood, and not far from anything Prarie Grove has to offer.

Simple and restful

Away from the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville in a quiet, older neighborhood. Within walking distance of downtown, where we walked and enjoyed a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee at Magnolia Cafe. We also walked to Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park and enjoyed a beautiful walk through history. The home was quaint and clean and had everything we needed. Ordered takeout from Jim’s Razorback Pizza, as well as Gabriellea’s Mexican Grill - both yummy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little cottage

Came to town for a family wedding. Prairie Grove had a lovely coffee shop, great antique stores, nice streets to walk. The cottage was clean and comfortable and a perfect place for a few days. We definitely stay there again. The host was very responsive and helpful.
