This home was by far one of the cleanest and best kept we’ve ever stayed. The views were great and neighborhood is quiet. The location is great as well. We came on a visit to University of Arkansas and it’s easy to get to campus, shopping and restaurants from the place. Will stay again if it’s available!

This is a great place, just east of DTown Fayetteville, large and cozy bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. We came up for a football game, 6 of us stayed very comfortably.

This house is amazing. It has everything and more! The master bedroom and bathroom are absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is very spacious. The views from the balcony are beautiful! The Owner was so helpful and friendly! A perfect graduation weekend!

Fayetteville and Crystal Bridges Museum

We stayed at Sarah's lovely home in Fayettevile. There were 2 couples. I enjoy staying at VRBO's rather than hotels and Sarah's home was perfect. New, immaculate, comfortable and true to the VRBO pictures. The weather was perfect and we spent time on the balcony enjoying the quiet neighborhood and views. I highly recommend it! Sarah was very informative and easy to reach.

The top three things that make this house great. #1. The house is open. You can be in the kitchen, in the living room and dining room looking out the beautiful large windows. #2. The kitchen had everything we needed and organized perfectly in closet and shelves. #3. The master bath is off the chart. We appreciated the owners being readily available and very friendly.
