Brooklands Hideaway is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood in west Fayetteville. With our guest’s comfort and needs in mind, we’ve created a space that’ll make you feel at home right when you walk in the door!

Our cottage is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with enough beds for 6 guests. This brand new home features vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), granite countertops, brand new appliances, & all of the modern conveniences our guests could want.

*Three private bedrooms - Main bedroom with attached bathroom (Queen size bed), guest room (Queen size bed), & bunk room (2 twin beds).

*Two TVs - one in living room and the other in the main bedroom
*Fully stocked kitchen (cookware, serving ware, Keurig)
*Desk & chair in bunk room perfect for a work-from-home vacation
*Extra sets of sheets for all beds
*Washer/Dryer set
*Great location minutes from great restaurants, outdoor activities, & the UofA campus

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

**FYI Our cottage has an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) attached to the back with a permanent tenant. The ADU has a separate garage and entry from our listed unit.

Great location in Fayetteville area

We stayed here while in town to visit family. House was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook in the house so I can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. But it seemed to have the basics. Owner was very quick to communicate with and easy to get a hold off. We host family often and will stay here again.

Home away from home

We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!

Perfect Hideaway

Beautiful home - quiet, convenient location. Spacious kitchen, dining, living room for three adults. Sadly did not utilize the bunk beds as they appeared as heavenly comfortable as the adult beds. Ample furnishings in the form of cookware, bedding, and bathroom supplies. Previous review mention of neighbors above the home brought concerns going into trip. However, outside presence was hardly noticeable and expected/wanted of an up and coming neighborhood. Owner communication via email was extraordinary with attention to details. Overall, the value of the listing combined with the meticulous presentation made this feel like a home away from home. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic property equipped with everything we needed in a cute neighborhood! Not far from University of Arkansas and restaurants. Had an issue when we first got there with code not being correct for keypad, but property manager was attentive and it was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here from Louisiana and got married on April 10 it was the most beautiful home in the most amazing neighborhood very quiet! No issues, check in process was a breeze! Excellent Space for Family

We were in town for a family birthday party. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It was clean and new. Parking is non-existent in front but the garage held an SUV and over sized truck which was great because it rained and snowed!

A Sweet Bungalow

This is our second time staying here. We love the location. The home is a great size for our family. The floors need a deep clean, otherwise everything was in order for the most part.

Great place to stay for game weekend.

We had a chance to see our son and catch a football game with family. Arrived late Thursday night. House was convenient to campus, clean, well set up, and we were very pleased. Totally non eventful which is perfect!
