The host was incredibly fast to respond to any messages. There were no issues, but when I asked questions, he was very quick to answer. It was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the highway and shopping and restaurants. The dining room table was perfect for hanging out and playing games at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. When a small need arose, the owner took care of it for us as soon as possible. The kids loved the fun beds, and having lots of toys available, and we adults enjoyed the comfortable beds!

Perfect Accommodations

Clean, convenient and easy. Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. I would most definitely stay here again!

This is a darling house. It's cozy, clean, and packed with fun games to play. It has everything a person could want or need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the whole house is fabulously decorated. The check in and check out process was easy.

Beautifully decorated and well-furnished home with plenty of toys and games for kids. Had everything we needed and more. Very cozy. Food truck pavilion just across the street for plenty of food options. Located on a street corner, so the traffic noise can be a little intrusive for some, but didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Our family has spent a LOT of time at VRBOs, and this house was, BY FAR, the cleanest, most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. It’s right on the corner of a busy intersection and there is no privacy fence, so the outside isn’t very private or usable.

This property has been meticulously remodeled. The interior is now complete and the exterior is still undergoing a remodel. Feel free to use the exterior, however, many of the features (hot tub, garden area, etc. are not complete yet).

There are several locations within walking distance, including The Boardwalk (food truck court), Dollar General, a convenience store, Pandora's Bottle and Marco’s Pizza restaurant. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit while providing a perfect place to stay for an unforgettable vacation or a productive work trip. We have a guidebook that will help you locate the many things that NWA has to offer once you arrive.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, we hope you will feel at home in our vacation rental featuring a large living room with three sofas and 65” Smart HDTV.
