Hello ! We offer you a comfortable apartment with a closed bedroom in the center of the town of Gosier (seaside resort), a unique 180 ° view of Gosier islet, the Saintes archipelago, the Soufrière massif and Dominica.

The apartment was completely restored in 2016 by an interior designer. Main assets: its design style, its splendid sea view and its geographical location: ideal for professional missions in Guadeloupe or for relaxing holidays.

DESCRIPTION:

The bedroom is air conditioned and contains a very comfortable "queen" bed and a wardrobe, a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people + wardrobe.

The bathroom contains a spacious walk-in shower + sink + toilet

The equipped kitchen is located on the terrace with the dining area (oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, dishes)

2 fans provide the ventilation necessary for your comfort during the day.

We provide towels, sheets, and kitchen utensils as well as basic groceries (oil, vinegar, pasta, tea ...)

You have Internet access via WIFI, a TV is also at your disposal (cable included).

Private and secure parking in the underground garage of the building.

A city water tank and a booster allow you to ignore the water cuts that occur regularly in the city.

A convenience store is located on the ground floor of the building and an urban and interurban bus service is offered.

You are 10 minutes walk from the Datcha beach, close to shops, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market on Friday evening by the sea.

Super séjour au Gosier en Gouadeloupe !

Merci Valérie pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. L’appartement est idéalement situé et a une magnifique vue sur l’îlet du Gosier. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour que nous ne sommes-nous pas prêtes d’oublier !

Inoubliable !

Très bien accueillis par Valérie qui a pris de nos nouvelles au cours du séjour. Appartement fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre, situé sur le haut du Gosier, au Périnet. Un emplacement idéal entre Grande-Terre et Basse-terre pour se déplacer sans avoir les problèmes de bouchons matin et soir dans un sens ou dans l’autre. Conforme à la description, avec le parking en sous-sol et la supérette au rez-de-chaussée très utile. La plage de la Datcha est 7/10mn à pied, boulangeries et restaurants à 5mn (je conseille chez Mémé, anciennement Le Plato Kreyol) Couchage queen-size de bonne qualité. Même si on est en ville il y a peu de bruit dans la rue à sens unique en contre-bas. Mais surtout ce qui frappe quand on rentre dans l’appartemnt c’est la vue … !!! Absolument magnifique. Prendre son petit déjeuner au lever du soleil, face à l’ilet du Gosier au premier plan, La Dominique dans le fond, Marie-Galante à gauche, les Saintes, Basse-terre et la Soufrière à droite, quel BONHEUR ! Avec les frégates et les pélicans qui planent juste devant. Et le soir le diner avec le coucher du soleil derrière les montagnes, et plus tard les lumières des villes qui dessinent la côte … Inoubliable ! Rien ne manque pour un agréable séjour! Sauf peut-être une paire de ciseaux ;°)
