The house is only 70 meters from the sea (low cliff sea level swimming) and 950 meters from the first free / equipped sandy beach (beach of the Isle of Pazze).

All beds and sofa beds are equipped with new hypoallergenic mattresses, protected in turn by removable hygienic mattress covers, which we supply and replaced at each guest change for greater hygiene for you and the mattresses themselves.

As for the linen, if you come by car, you can safely bring your own home, there is a washing machine for your exclusive use.
About the air conditioner, the house is entirely on the ground floor and close to the sea therefore it is ventilated and fresh on its own, therefore such use is superfluous and always depends on the habits and needs of the people of course.
