Less than 10 mins from beautiful downtown, bring the whole family to enjoy this 5 bdrm, fully-renovated Victorian in a quiet neighborhood. Please note: Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor the House Rules. No events/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time. Pet fees for pre-approved pets are $25 per night, per pet, up to two pets and are non-refundable.

I'm Andrew, and I cannot express to you enough how happy I am to be back in my hometown of Pittsburgh. After growing up in the area's declining steel industry, and moving to New England for about 9 years, I'm finally back to the only city that ever felt like home.

I started Steel River Ventures as a way to embrace the city I love when I moved back home to Pittsburgh in 2017. Now I want to share my homes and my city with our guests! I've been fortunate enough to grow over the years along with Pittsburgh and watch it transform. With every day that passes, I discover something else about this city that I love and would be happy to share that with you.

I am more than happy to be as active a host as you'd like. By default, you as a guest will have your privacy, but I'm always available to meet and share my thoughts on the area with you. Be warned though, I love Pittsburgh and that will come through in our conversations!

My primary income is working in vocational learning technology, but I am a car guy at heart. Whenever my schedule allows, I try to get to local track events at roadcourses, auto-cross or hillclimb venues. I enjoy teaching performance driving, car control and driver safety as well. I also try to read a little (usually non-fiction), visit the gym as often as possible, and spend time with family and friends.

With its 2019 renovation, this historic Pittsburgh home provides modern comfort and conveniences while retaining all of its important original features. I love staying here as the quiet area is so nice to come home to, but still allows easy access to everywhere I want to go.

What makes this property unique

A fully stocked kitchen and large dining area can serve the entire family. Comfortable living and bedrooms with smart TV's so nobody has to fight over the remote to watch their favorite streaming services. Easy check-in and check-out allow a worry free stay.
