Regarding the mattress and pillows, some guests prefer a firmer feel while others prefer a softer bed and pillows. While we aim for somewhere in the middle, I understand they cannot be to every guests' preference. I would assume I've lost your business, but if you do stay with us again, I hope you will reach out to me during your stay with any issues you are having so that I can make it right. I would have been happy to stop by with extra fans or assisted you with turning on the AC machine we have in all of our condos. I actually own several condos across the Village Lodge and Westin and also would have been more than happy to move you into a different condo that was more suited to your needs.
