Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your vacation experience was impacted by the unexpected beach restoration project taking place during your stay. Unfortunately, this work was organized by the City of Destin, and we were not notified in advance ourselves. Had we known beforehand, we absolutely would have shared that information with our guests. We completely understand how frustrating the beach closure and overnight construction noise must have been, especially at a beachfront property where guests expect a peaceful and relaxing environment. While these circumstances were beyond our control, we truly sympathize with your disappointment. We also apologize for the issue with the refrigerator ice maker and appreciate you bringing it to our attention so it can be addressed promptly. We’re glad you chose to stay with us and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future under much more enjoyable conditions.

We have all four units in that building and we have blocked out the month of November to extend and completely redo all balconies upstairs and downstairs November 1. We are glad you enjoyed our condo thanks come again
